PLEASE NOTE: Community Members MUST be in good standing in order to use the Morning Mist facilities (including pool).

Morning Mist HOA reserves the right to revoke any homeowner’s / household’s access to the pool for misuse or non-compliance with community pool rules. Damage to pool property will be billed to the responsible homeowner and will result in suspension of all pool privileges for the entire household. Anyone found in violation of these rules will have their access suspended for 1 week for the first offense, 2 weeks for the second offence, and for the rest of the season for a third offense. Anyone found granting access to persons without a pool key will be suspended for the rest of the pool season. Suspensions shall be carried over to the next season if they occur during the last two weeks of the season. Any “rest of the season” suspension incurred during the last four weeks of the pool season will result in a carried over 30 day suspension at the start of the following year’s pool season.

Pool Rules are established by the Morning Mist HOA board. Activity will be monitored, and violations will be enforced. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Morning Mist HOA assumes no responsibility for injury or damages resulting from use. Pool use is a “Privilege” and not a “Right” of being a member of Morning Mist Community. Pool rules are established for the safety of all community members and to create an environment of family fun. Any person not following the Pool rules will be asked to leave the Pool area.
